Terms and conditions

By clicking ‘agree’ and submitting the subscription application form you are agreeing to purchase the Emotionally Friendly Schools Programme from Salford City Council. You will receive an invoice at the stated amount above that must be paid within 30 working days. Failure to pay an invoice may result in interrupted or cancelled service. Your payment includes Whole School Training, Action Planning meeting, advice and guidance, and access to all online materials for one year.

Emotionally Friendly Schools is a subscription service. After the first year you will be required to pay a subscription fee to receive continued access to the online resources in the member’s area. We will contact you about subscription towards the end of your first year. If you choose to continue your subscription, a further invoice will be sent to you. No payments will be taken without your permission.

In order to access online material in the member’s area, you will be given a username and password. It is the responsibility of the registered user to ensure that every effort is made to keep the registration details secure and not to disclose them to anyone. Usernames cannot be transferred and registered users must not permit, either directly or indirectly, anyone other than themselves to use their username and password. You may request usernames for members of staff employed by your educational institution only. On renewal of your subscription you will be asked to confirm that the list of users for your institution is still correct. Any members of staff whose employment at the institution has ceased must be notified to the EFS team and their access will be terminated. If you fail to renew your subscription, your access to the member’s area of the website will cease on your renewal date.

You may reproduce Emotionally Friendly Schools materials for your internal use at your institution only. You undertake not to copy, distribute, share or otherwise broadcast any such materials for any other purpose.
